Thursday, June 20, 2024:
- Service Foundation Meeting: 2 PM – 5 PM at Post 1, 7215 Lindale Drive, Sacramento

Friday, June 21, 2024:
- Committee Meetings: Start at 8 AM
- Afternoon Activities
- Bowling: 6 PM – 8 PM
Saturday, June 22, 2024:
- State Convention Starts: 9 AM
- Commander, President Awards Reception: Starts at 6 PM
- Entertainment, Awards, Games with Prizes
Sunday, June 23, 2024:
- Memorial: 8 AM
- CA Department Elections of Officers for 2024-25: 9 AM – 12 PM
