Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist for the AMVETS California Department is responsible for curating all social platform content. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Social Media Specialist will develop storylines and posting schedules, and work alongside the Marketing & Communications team to develop additional content that reflect the Department’s values and resonates with our veterans. The primary focus of this role is to implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and donations with the goal of driving traffic to our website.
