AMVETS exists to enhance the quality of life for all veterans, their families and survivors. Membership in AMVETS is open to anyone who honorably served or is currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserves.
 We count amongst our ranks some of the most valliant and dutiful service members in the country from all walks of life, and each member of AMVETS has chosen to continue to serve their community and compatriots beyond their tour of duty.
